Return completed Athlete forms to the Registration Chair of NDLSC along with appropriate fees and electronic files where applicable.

OFFICIALS/NON-ATHLETE:

2013 Non-Athlete Registration Form

Return completed Non-Athlete forms to the Technical Chair of NDLSC along with appropriate fees.

CLUB:

2013 USA Swimming Club Application Form

Return completed Club forms to the Technical Chair of NDLSC along with appropriate fees by December 15th to avoid late fees.

USA Swimming Fee plus NDLSC Fee based on club size as of the previous year as determined by Technical Chair: (effective 2012 registration year; 2011 and prior, all clubs paid $95)
